Sky Glass frequently drop out

My sky glass tv frequently drops out of comnnect with Sky wifi. This happens for long periods at a time. resetting the router or the TV dont help. other items like computer wiill sometimes stay connected. I have sky 2 "boosters" in the house already.

In my experience boosters are not ideal .... you lose a lot of the "signal" that they bounce on. You maybe be better connecting your glass tv with a cheap set of powerline adapters or investing in a full wifi mesh network

When I first got Glass I had a similar problem. In the end I got an ethernet cable so that it was hard wired to the router. Have not had any problems since and I'm coming up to completing my third year of having Glass.

Re: Sky Glass frequently drop out

Thank you. I have the official sky boosters which i think give the WiFi mesh. I'm thinking the issue is with Sky glass itself.

Thank you. Sadly I can't do that my router is in a different room.

I know it's a pain but if you could move your tv closer and use an Ethernet cable it would show if you have a faulty unit or that the boosters are not "boosting"
