I have 1 year old Glass TV which has started showing a banner - "Please wait for your programme to load" before reverting to Home TV screen or going blank. How can I fix this??

Hi @MarkV3005 This is a known issue and Sky are currently working on a solution.
I have learnt from experience that no amount of messing about resolves it except a reboot which can be done by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & updates > Restart device. it takes about 2 minutes to complete the reboot and you will have a blank screen for a while so don't worry when this happens.
Obviously we should't need to reboot but as I say it is the easiest and quickest way to get things working again until Sky resolve the issue.

Hi @MarkV3005 I just had the waiting for programme to load & technical error when selecting the Gilded Age S3:E3 from my continue watching rail. I rebooted and it got rid of the problem (until the next time). I'm now happily watching the episode in question.
