My Sky Glass sporadically drops out of the WiFi.

Hi @William130 

 

You will need to provide more information as we are fellow customers not sky and know nothing about you. What gen sky glass? Who is your ISP? What router? What steps do you need to take to reconnect etc? Has it ever worked etc etc? What on screen message? Do you have WiFi extenders etc etc.

 

The community will then do it's best to assist.
