Sky Glass and Puck remote too painful to use

I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. I find the Sky Puck and Sky Glass remote too painful to use. Yes I know there is voice control, which I use a lot but for a lot of functionality like the tv guide and favourites etc I need to still use the remote for some things. Does anybody know if I can use another universal remote which has softer pressing capabilities on the remotes traction within the keys so I'm not in agony every time I use the TV remote.

@Gem+S  I'm not sure if the existing accessibility remotes would work with Glass/Stream, however it may be worth getting in touch with the accessibility team to see if there is a suitable remote.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/accessibility-remotes

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Gem+S

I don't know if it would be any better but if you have one available you could try a Sky Q remote which works perfectly well with both Glass and the Stream pucks.
