Sky Glass and Apple TV app

I accidentally set parental control on my Apple TV app on Sky glass. Unfortunately I've forgotten the passcode to disable parental controls. Has anyone any tips as to what to do? Thanks in advance

Hi @Sheelz321 

Say "hello sky forgot my pin" and you should be taken to the reset procedure. More info here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-glass-pin

You can also update it through the Sky menu. On your Sky remote, select Home > scroll down and select My Sky > Manage your PIN > Forgot your PIN?.

You’ll need your bank details to hand, as you’ll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your payment method to reset it. For Direct Debit payments, that’s the last 4 digits of your account number.

Hi and thanks for your reply. It's the actual Apple + TV app four figure passcode I've forgotten. I've been onto the Apple site and there doesn't seem to be a way of retrieving it

Update: Hi everyone. I got onto Apple help and they managed to re-set my problems with the app on Sky Glass. I got onto Sky help first and they gave me the link to the Apple helpline. 

It took a while but it's now sorted.
