Sky Glass - all channels & apps - background track only but no speech. Partial solution

Eventually  after numerous reboots of both Sky Glass & broadband managed to get speech back on most Sky Glass channels by switching viewing mode to 'MUSIC' of all things.
But still no speech on Netflix,
Can we get refund for Sky pay apps that don't stream peoperly?

Alas.... No
Spent almost  7 hours messaging to & fro - doing all the things I had tried on my own this past week. Eventually reduced to photographing screen to show them I don't have the Dolby dig output they insisted I did have and I needed to switch to it. I haven't got it 
Very polite & as darkness fell said they've escalated it to a higher tier adviser group and I should contact them. 
Will do as soon as feel strong enough.
