Sky Glass Tv wont work

I received my sky glass tv yesterday and no matter what I try it will not get pass 0% for the update. I have reset my Internet, the tv and I also put a enthanel cable into the telly directly from the sky box and still nothing. I am very unhappy as it should not be this difficult to set up the tv

@BlondieLou  Have yiur tried using an ethernet cable from the router to the Glass TV as it's liley the update can't complete as wifi has not been setup on the TV.

I think OP said this about the Ethernet cable to the tv but it was misspelt.

If you are finding this I'd phone sky and say the update on your new sky glass is 'hanging' at 0% and not budging.

They may lead you through steps to be put into a recovery mode for the tv to restart the process. Forgot how they told me to do it. But it was something along the lines of power off, plug out, 10 minutes, push and hold the power button while putting the plug back in and turning on.

But I'm not 100% on that method as the sky logo needs to show then it goes to recovery setup for reinstalling the update.
