Sky Glass TV won’t connect to router all of a sudden

I've tried switching everything off and on again. I've tried resetting the router. Nothing works and it's 24 hrs now. Help!!

Hi @Frustrated6 I see you have already tries switching everything off but give it another try as follows to see if it helps. It works for me when I have BB/network connection issues.

 

Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
