Sky Glass / Stream ‘Please Wait’ message

Once I switch on Sky Glass / Stream I’m presented with a 'Please Wait’ message. The message doesn't update automatically, I need to turn off and on again for the message to remove itself - very annoying.

Any ideas how to fix this?

I get this regularly as well. No need to turn it off though, I just press the home button on the remote after a couple moments.

It's Christmas - I've got far more important and meaningful things to do than attend to other than this, especially when it's within a set 48hr time frame. The service doesn't work as expected - that's it.
