sky stream now working

Try the recovery process

  1. Switch off your TV at the mains. There's no need to unplug it.
  2. Press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the TV.

 

3. Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash (this could take 20 seconds before the LED starts flashing), then remove your finger.

4. Let the Sky Glass TV complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.

Red led is still flashing after trying the hard restart. Is this supposed to work for everyone?

Still not working, runs through some kind of update shows Sky logo a couple of times then red light flashes. I press 7&9 together then continue but it won't connect to router.

MY RED LIGHT ISNT EVEN COMING ON , just the microphone sign lighting up , tried the answer in the post

A reboot won't work you have to follow the recovery procedure as outlined by Sky on their service checker.

@Alan155   I have merged your post to this existing thread that is discussing the current issue, the thread you tagged on the end of is unrelated to this issue.  There is no 2nd line support number.

  • @Kirsten741 same here, no red light since this morning when I first tried to turn the TV on. Only the mic light is on, tried resetting via the "given answer" on here but no luck. I guess it's just a waiting game at this point.

If you have a problem with entering pin.

Power off the puck or Sky Glass TV and power back on again and it should work.

I cannot even get my tv to turn on after trying everything suggested even reset router   We have glass tv but watch through sky q which is working in the bedroom on a normal tv so not sure what is going on
