Why is my sky glass 55" tv show the FBI series with too much blues and turquoise instead of grey and blacks? Can this be adjusted? Is there a specific reason? On live TV this isn't the case. I have UHD package. Thanks in advance

I've got this too,not just fbi shows. Spent many hours talking to sky tech support but still not fixed

This is the same in my 55" Sky Glass.

This is due to poor compression of the original programme file and a lack of contrast on the Sky Glass panel (which can't show true black).
