I have Sky Glass in my lounge near to the router and a puck upstairs in the bedroom. Mt TVset in the lounge has a unobstrusted wireless connection to the router about 10 feet inbetween both devices. My puck is upstairs in the bedroom right next to the TV. The Sky Glass TV in the lounge is constantly freezing and the voice control on the remote control works now and again but doesn't like the word sky sports and keeps on taking me to Sky SportsME UHD channel (which i need a seperate subscription), this then freezes everything. However, this is not the only time my TV freezes, its quite common, about twice a day, which forces me to switch off at the plug and reboot. Broadband speed is good with very few other devices in the house.
I notice on this forum that Sky employee Kevnewmedia posted on 19th Jan that Sky are fully aware of this problem and will get it sorted, wellKev its now the 5th May and its not sorted, and no post to say when its expected to be sorted. Is this an actual problem with the TV which only has a 24 month warrenty, after this its our problem.
