Sky Glass Air Pixelation

Just taken delivery of replacement Air as first deemed faulty...

Really bad pixelation/clouding on dark colours...is this what I'm to expect on this TV? I've tried all settings and if this is the case it'll be going back...

@Broberts1

Could be down to a highly compressed source, but dark colours should not pixellate to that extent.

Do you get similar compression artefacts on dark content from other sources such as Netflix, other live channel streams or from external devices connected via HDMI?

Yes had it on Netflix and the new Iris Affair for an example...

Just really bad noise and wouldn't say it's a crystal clear picture.

Try some of the other picture settings but it's a pretty basic panel on the Glass Air so don't expect miracles. Global dimming rather than local dimming doesn't help either. It's quite a cheap TV so if it's not up to the quality you expect then return it within the cooling off period.

Thanks for your replies. I've returned it and gone back to SkyQ this morning...I don't think it's worth the money
