We have had our sky glass tv for about a year (just over), it was also a little slow but last month or so it crashes all the time.
We dont have it on during the weekday but every evening when trying to watch something it freezes, wont turn off using remote or button on tv itself. Only solution is turn power off and leave it for a minute or so. This is time consuming and annoying for such an expensive TV.
Also it loses wifi connection at least once a week I have to retype the password.
We have 500mb internet, very strong wifi 6 hub via Virgin Media.
Any suggestions?
thanks

What's the connection speed between the router and the Sky Glass TV?
Use the Netflix... get help ... Network check to measure the connection speed a few times a few minutes apart.

Ill try the netflix one when im home but cant believe it would be any less.

You need to do the speedtest on the Sky Glass TV!

You would be surprised. There are a number of factors and causes of interference that will likely affect the speed of the Glass/Stream, thats why its key to run the speed test using the Netflix app on the device, i suspect it won't be anything like the 367MBps your firestick gets.
