Skip adverts

I'm paying for skip adverts on my sky stream puck but it doesn't let me fast forward adverts when it's on can anyone help me as I'm new to sky?

@HannahSkyIt will only skip adverts on things in your play list, some seem to do it some don't. FF seems very hit and miss. Once you work out how long the adverts are voice control is more reliable such as "forward 2 minutes"
