Service was cancelled for no reason
We are relatively new customers so want to know if this is usual or if we've made a mistake getting sky. On Monday we could no longer access the sky glass service, we phoned that day - they had no information as to why but said they'd me raise a ticket, we left it until weds, still no service so phoned back, still no explanation or apology, just a rather blasé 'I'm sure it will get sorted soon, it's a technical fault maybe, it could take a few days; maybe a week' no offer of refund or acknowledgment that having no tv for a week would be an issue - is this usual ? Is their customer service usually so lax?

Re: Service was cancelled for no reason
Distinctly variable would be how many describe Sky customer service these days.
If you are unhappy with the service (or lack therof) you have received then you can lodge a formal complaint via one of the methods here:
