Hi @ugoeze1.  To help you try to get your remote working the links below are to remote troubleshooting guides:

You could also try holding the remote at both ends and giving it a gentle twist as though you were wringing out a cloth.  Even though it sounds an unlikely solution it has got many faulty remotes working again (including my own).

 

If none of the above help then I would request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote 

 

If you are lucky enough to have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement to arrive.  Note, with the latest update that is currently rolling out (QS030) the Q remote will only work in IR mode and not bluetooth).

I am yet to receive the remote, although i was told i will receive it within 24 hours. Please review and get back to me.

@ugoeze1 This is a customer help forum so you will need to contact Sky.

 

If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by  dialling 150 but if not you can phone them direct
