Not a lot of information to go off there. Is this a new setup? If so take the back off the remote and check that some of the paper tab isn't stuck. If the back light is working on the remote, but not functioning as expected. Try unpairing and repair the remote: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
If none of these steps work, you can order a replacement remote here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
Or by speaking to Sky (we are fellow subscribers on the forum)
In the meantime if you have a Sky Q remote you can pair these to work with Sky glass.
