Why does the regional programmes change when you move house from one region to another?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@BobSelb Have you changed your address with Sky and has it been updated by them. You can check this through your My Sky > My Details > Account Info.
I believe the regional programmes are dependent on the Post Code registered with Sky but after a house move /change of address it can take a while for everything to be updated.
If your details are correct on your My Sky account you could try rebooting your Glass TV to see if that updates it or call Sky to discuss the issue.
