My sky glass was working fine today but this evening when I have turned it on I am getting red vertical lines across the whole screen making the TV completely useless. I can literally see nothing on the screen except red vertical lines. I have tried the good old on off trick. Unplugged completely. Blown the connections. Turned the power cable round and plugged it back in. Bar giving it a whack I have tried all the standard tricks!
Any help or suggestions welcome.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rich78x When I had a vertical 2 inch wide grey line appear on my Glass TV a normal reboot didn't help so I left the TV unplugged overnight and when I plugged it back in again in the morning the line had disappeared and luckily never came back. Give this a try and if it doesn't work or if it does and then comes back again give Sky a call to discuss further troubleshooting and if necessary a Glass replacement, assuming it is still within its 24 month warranty.

Could be a corrupt OS.
Give Sky a ring for further troubleshooting & potential replacement if they deem it borked and you are within your 2 year warranty period.
