Red lines

Hi, ive got a 55" sky glass and got some red lines flickering on screen since lady week.

Will it be covered by warranty?

Hi @Jules144 have you tried unplugging the Glass for 10 minutes and seeing if that helps. Sometimes issues similar to this are caused by software bugs which may be fixed by a rebooting the TV using this method.

Give Sky a ring so they can carry out some more troubleshooting. If you're within your 2 year warranty period then they should offer you a replacement TV if it can't be fixed. If outside the warranty period then you'll need to get it repaired at your own expense and perhaps claim on your household insurance.

Isn't that **bleep**?

Surely there is something in law about selling something with a known fault and refusing to repair it when "outside of warranty"
