Recording sky subscription programs

Programs are often not available on the playlist for quite some while. In particular, BT Sport programs are not available for at least two or three hours.

Is it possible to put a TV recorder between the sky stream pack and a standard TV?

To be honest if you need to do that you are best having Sky Q provided you can have a dish.

Programs turning up on Stream do take a while in some instances especially sport.

I have only recently taken out the sky stream subscription so can I even change to sky q?

Yes, there is a 31 day cooling off period but if it isn't suitable due to tech issues Sky are very good at changing you over to Q.

It will need you to call Sky customer services.

I am still in cooling off period after switching from Q and on the fence at the moment. If i do want to go back to Q or discuss problems I am having with Stream is it best to say Cancel sky stream when you call?

Yes if you say cancel on the auto system you'll soon get through to someone who can help.
