Rebooting sky glass every day

Why am I having to reboot my sky glass every morning, if it's been off for a few hours it won't come back on using the remote, I have to switch off at the wall for twenty seconds then back on and it will start up?

Does it turn on if you use the button on the side of the TV? If so does the remote then work?

Have you tried un-pairing and re-pairing your remote? (See step 2 here: Sky Glass or Sky Stream remote isn't working | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com)

No it doesn't work on the side button either and the remote works fine once I've got the TV back on.
