Hello I was advice too pay £140 for a replacement sky glass tv. Witch is damage screen. , Has I am still paying for the sky glass till next year thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Farrell88 If the screen damage is due to accidental damage then you are responsible for any repairs, you still need to honour your credit agreement if the set hasn't been paid off.
Any offer of a replacement for a fee is over & above the credit repayments you still need to pay.

@Farrell88 as pointed out by @GD1 if your screen damage was as a result of accidentally damage, that is not covered under your Sky warranty.
You may be able to claiim on your home insurance, if you are covered to get it replaced elsewhere, however screen repairs can be expensive so may not be cost effective if you don't hav cover on your insurance to make a claim

Hello this ain't on this I am paying for a damage screen. That your can't help me with I have paid a lot money for and still paying for it. Too. Can't this be fix for the one off time. Thanks

You just need to follow the instructions on the Sky Help documentation to link your Sky and Netflix accounts: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix
