Hi @NeillyG 

 

Not really a lot of information to go off there! Where are yous seeing the error? Is it when trying to watch live TV or an app etc? Is this a new set up or has it been working previously etc.

@NeillyG  You can try which may help:

 

  1. Switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby.
  2. Switch it off at the mains and unplug it.
  3. Plug it back in and switch it back on at the mains.
  4. Leave the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck powered on for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes, switch the Sky Glass or Sky Stream puck to standby again.
  6. Switch it off at the plug and switch it back on again. There’s no need to unplug it this time.
  7. Press the Home button on the Sky remote.
