@ScottishClaymore I can't help in what is included in the latest update except for the inclusion of the Screen magnifier in Accessibility (I haven't used it yet) and the Wi-Fi strength indicator (bad, fair, good or excellent). I can confirm I also still get the waiting to load from time to time. It happened last night while I was watching the BBC1 news broadcast. Screen went black and the waiting to load message appeared but only lasted about 5 seconds before reverting back to normal.
