Programme not being added from channel requested
Has anyone else found that when they have added a program to record from a channel only for it to then change to sky store pls? We have had a couple of programmes and films that have been added from one channel only to find that when we've gone to check it's there it is showing as from sky store - why is it doing this? It didn't used to do this on the old sky box - starting to wonder if this tv is really worth it.

Yes, the situation described below is the same for everyone.
We have had a couple of programmes and films that have been added from one channel only to find that when we've gone to check it's there it is showing as from sky store - why is it doing this?
That would be where the channel owners didn't secure on-demand distribution rights for the content in addition to broadcast rights (typically to save money, which is why it's particularly budget-concious channels which are affected)
It didn't used to do this on the old sky box
Sky+ and Sky Q record directly from broadcast transmission to local hard drive, so on-demand rights aren't required for subsequent playback. Glass & Stream simply cannot do the same because they aren't equipped for local storage and rely on server infrastructure.
