Programme load and technical difficulties

While in live program picture stops with black line at the top and note wait until program loading but in a minute program stops with notification this program has a technical problem try again later.

Had a constant update the software and advised that if the fault keeps coming it may be a fault with the device and I may need it replaced. My Sky Glass is still under warranty but the second advisor didn't want to advise how to request a replacement.

@Tibette  and @DP5  when this happens to me I find resetting the puck gets everything working correctly again (until the next time). This is best done in the Settings > System Management > resets & updates > Restart device menu (it takes a couple of minutes so don't worry when you get a blank screen for a bit)

Re: Programme load and technical difficulties

Thanks, yes a reboot works, but then the next day the same issue occurs. Its not really a long term solution. Seems odd its just started and affecting a few people at once. Perhaps sky have performed a change?

@DP5  I know Sky are aware and are looking into a solution which will no doubt for part of an update in the future.  Not ideal I know but in the interim the reboot is the only fix I have found.  I have learnt from experience that messing about with trying other things doesn't work so as soon as I see the message I reboot.
