Problem with signing in

When i enter my sky account details it says it's wrong,but it's definitely right

Enter them where? What exactly are you trying to do? You need to provide as much information as you can so we can help.

Sounds like you are trying to activate your glass tv on the activation webpage. 

if so you will need to use the email address you used when you made the purchase of the tv to sign in
