Problem with programme after pausing

Watching Grand Prix this afternoon, had paused to to do something else, programme was fine until suddenly stopped got message to say programme was loading, then it jumped the live broadcast, losing the last (and most important) laps. This has happened 3 times so far and is becoming annoying, to the point we are thinking of ditching SKY. Anyone any ideas?

I normally get that issue if the internet connection drops or goes under the recommended 30 Mbps per sec. this would happen on live tv channels because if you lose the internet connection the stream would fail and end (hence it would reset your pause) and then continue live again when the connection restores.

As you paused it and went away it possible the puck went in to standby mode, which by default droops the internet connection for the beer power saving. You can fix this by turning on network standby mode in the network settings on the puck.
