Postcode not accepted when linking account to sky glass after outage. Have tried all the instruwhaI'
Still can't get sky glass to work after outage last Thursday (now Tuesday). Have tried resetting as per instructions but cannot get past the postcode stage. Keeps saying invalid characters. It's a normal UK postcode and is the same as on my sky I'd. Sky just tell me to restart, which I do, but it always has the same result - invalid characters
