Poor streaming connection

I am constantly having connection issues with my streaming services, the sky glass and mini puck, it now happens everyday that I am having constant problems, all other devices seem to be ok.

What speed  is the tv getting you check this by opening Netflix going to help opening that and running check my network, what is your broadband speed to the hub, also how is the tv connected? If you can connect it with an ethernet cable it more stable also the more devices that you have connected the weaker the signal is to each one also if you live in  an old house thicker that can also effect your wifi signal
