Poor picture quality
On multiple channels including sky sports, TNT and BBC and occasions. Both devices

Hi @pjwood
Sky Glass and Stream use adaptive bitrates. What speed is your broadband and what speed is your Glass getting? You can check in netflix (profile pic > get help > connectivity check).
Sky say you need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
Some more information about your set up would be helpful like is a new install? Has it worked previously? Who's your ISP etc. remember we are fellow customers, not sky and know nothing about you unless you tell us.

That's you broadband speed. Connectivity between your devices and your router is just as important, hence why asking you to check what speed the puck is reporting rather than a device which your not having issues with.
However on the face of it yes you shouldn't be having issues. Also please answer the questions I've asked.
