Please wait for your programme to load

Any sky service it come up with "please wait for your programme to load" for roughly 10 seconds disappears then back at square one. 

Netflix, Disney is working just sky services. 

what do I do? Tried to call and got put onto this forum.

That could be caused by poor internet. You could try going into the settings turning off WiFi then turning it back on again and see if that resolves it.  rebooting the puck is also an option as that will turn the WiFi off and on again. Put it in standby, turn it off by the plug, wait 30 seconds and turn it back on.

Thank you. 

It's connected via Ethernet, but I've reset the WiFi, reset the network connection on the TV. 

Just done a speed test I'm get 40 megabytes a second. So I don't think it's related to poor WiFi. 

I say this sounding like I know what I'm on about. I haven't a clue!

Yeah that speed is good I believe the sky minimum recommended speed is 30 Mbps.

 

Normally all the issues people seem to have can be sorted by using an Ethernet cable to eliminate WiFi issues and the good old, unplugging the device, waiting at least 30 seconds and plugging it back in again.
