Not a lot of information to go off. In the first instance try turning your Glass of for a few minutes at the mains. If there doesn't work, the community will need some more information such as your ISP, download speed how your glass is connected etc.
Sky Glass needs 25 Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed you glass is getting by opening netflix, going to settings and running a connection test.
Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky so we don't know any information about your setup unless you tell us.

Thanks for your reply, I had tried turn off, and waited to restart, it didn't work at the time.
It has now sorted itself out now.
