Please Wait

Every time I switch on my Sky Glass Tv via remote or voice I'm presented with 'Please Wait' this has happened for months and months. I can only move past this stage by pressing the home button on the remote.

I've tried restarting and resetting the tv without any success. I assume this is a sky issue?
Does anyone know why I'm being presented with this, it's so frustrating?

@PR81  Check to make sure that networked standby is turned on 

you should find this in settings start up and standby

Also check overnight power saving is off
