Playlist is a pain

Have had Glass for a year or so now.
although there has been improvements some are still outstanding.
One of my biggest irritants is the playlist.
some programmes I can remove easily. But I have programmes on there that I can't remove. Despite them showing as not being added. The programmes just sit there and it drives me mad !

I have asked sky what to do but nothing.
has anyone found the cure ?

Re: Playlist is a pain

The only way to remove programs from the continue watching rail is to fast forward them to the end. But you need to make sure you get the final episode in the series or it will just bring up the next episode.

It is not fit for purpose Sky have acknowledged there are problems and its being looked at, there are many threads about this topic here, search for playlist or continue watching.

It's worth looking at this thread.

Re: Playlist is a pain

@Anonymous

Playlist and Continue Watching are different things

Playlist is for on demand content you add for later playback and for recording of Live Tv broadcasts as in Live TV that gets recorded to Sky Cloud Server as in Sky Sports Bt Sports etc

Some Live TV broadcasts later playback is from a app and not from sky cloud server

Sometimes playlist items don't remove example Live: Formula 1 but most do get removed  when you click+ on remote or in playlist click remove

Continue watching rail on home menu screen is content you not completed viewing and is not the same thing as Playlist
