Is it just me,or,is anyone else's tv keeps pixelating.

Thats normally a resukt if low/insufficient broadband or wifi speed reaching the TV, how is the TV connected to your routeer?

 

What speeds does the Netflix app on Glass show it's getting?

 

Open Netflix, go to Get Help, run the connection test

The connection speed can vary ... take at least 3 measurements😉
