Picture quality

Just updated to sky stream and all the channels seem to have lagging pictures/bad quality/jittering/pixakted images... checked all connections and says it's all fine so not sure what the problem is?

Hi @Tucker23 is this on apps too or just live TV? 

The place to start is to measure your speed, here's a quick guide. Could you report back with what speed you're getting please?

 

  1. Open the Netflix app on Sky.
  2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
  3. Select Check Your Network.
  4. Note the download speed displayed.

Hi, apps seem to be down. Just done the steps as you posted and connection speed is 102.51mbps

Good stuff, assuming that doesn't fluctuate a lot that's a good speed to have. 

Have you tried restarting to see if it solves anything?

 

  1. Go to Settings
  2. System management
  3. Resets & updates
  4. Restart device
