Picture regularly freezes if I've paused something , then it re loads , then it goes to real time meaning i miss what was watching

"ultimate top speed package" doesn't mean anything. That's what the marketing department would call it. The imporatant speed is the speed that's actually being received by your router and the speed being received by the TV.
To find out what speed you are getting, open the Netflix app on the Glass TV, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
