Picture Resolution

Hi, I have a a couple of streams and every day I have to manually adjust the picture settings back to UHD, it never seems to retain the previous settings.

Any suggestions as this is driving me nuts on a daily basis! Thanks

Could be an HDMI handshake issue - the puck is not registering that your TV is 4K quickly enough by the sound of it. Are you using the high speed HDMI cable that came with the puck?

Yes I am. Although the puck is connected into a Sennheiser Ambeo Soundbar

That's probably the issue. You may need to make sure the TV and soundbar are turned on before the puck to make sure the handshake can take place properly. The soundbar needs to be able to pass through a full HLG HDR signal for the TV to register and the puck to acknowledge, otherwise it'll default to 1080i.

Re: Picture Resolution

I've tried that and run it through several times. Afraid the problem persists. Thanks for advice though.

Can you not connect the puck directly to the TV and use ARC/eARC with the soundbar?
