Paramount+

I've gone onto sky glass and my paramount+ is asking for my log in details , it's saying it's incorrect so I've started from the beginning with the QR code and it's telling me me I have to pay but I get it free with my package

Have you tried logging into P+ via a web browser, with your original email and password you setup when activating your P+, unless you changed the password since then?

 

You can also reset your password on the P+ website as directed here in the P+ help

Hi @JANE166 

 

Sky don't manage the credentials for Paramount Plus. If you have an account already you will need to follow the "forgotten password" process on their app.

 

Have you followed the signup process and activated your free subscription in Sky marketplace? As described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

 

Signing up direct with paramount will cause the system to expect you to pay.
