Paramount plus

I cancelled my Paramount plus account last year when I cancelled Sky cinema. I have purchased Sky cinema again recently but Paramount plus does not recognise my subscription… I also get an error message mysky_1018 … I also have an issue entering Sky shop and get an error mysky_2018. Does anyone have the same issue?

My dad had this issue and it's been reported a few times on the community. This will need reporting to Sky as a back office team will need to resolve.

 

However you should be able to activate your subscription via my Sky app. Go TV > Manage content packs > app subscriptions > paramount plus.

 

You need to resubscribe in marketplace rather than just sign in. It's a free subscription or you can upgrade at cost: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-paramount-plus
