Our sky screen keeps coming up with a Technical fault on the screen, it says it it reloading . Also

Our Sky screen goes blank and at the top it comes up with " we are experiricing a Technical fault, we are reloading, sorry about this". Also the tv takes 4/5 times to get started, all we get is a blank screen and the odd flash. The voices sound is out a sinque with the characters lip movement. Some times we get the picture jumping back a few frames, whilst watching a programme.(Removed)

1. Our Sky Glass screen keeps coming up with " we have a technical fault, we are reloading, sorry" the screen loses the picture and turns Blue.

2. When we switch the Sky Glass on, it goes blank straight away and then switches off. We sometimes have to try up to 5 times to get the screen to work.

3. When watching a programme, the frames jump back a few times.

4. The voices on the csreen are out of sinque withe the mouth movements.#

 We have been asked to send back our old router and Sky Q box, but feel reluctant until these issues have been correctred.
