Order offer wrong
My order is all wrong my sky glass tv isn't here supposed to to be activation tomorrow but no tv

@Aanniiee When was it supposed to arrive? Have you had a delivery date confirmation email from AIT? Unless you paid for premium delivery it can be 3-28 days for delivery. Premium delivery allows you to book a specific day and delivery window.
Either way, we are customers like you on the forum so if you have an issue you need to ring Sky. As I type this, it is only 1.47pm so if you were expecting delivery today there's still time.

Activation for Sky's streaming TV service only happens either 21 days after delivery or once you have setup the Sky Glass and followed the onscreen instructions.
