Not working won’t load

Nearly everyday I have to unplug the glass tv for it to work the controls also don't always work I have changed the batteries but not working

What speed is your broadband? How is your Glass TV connected to it?

@Timandtan is the issue you having essentially waking the TV up after its been on standby for several hours?

 

If so go into the settings and ensure "Networked Standby Mode" is set to ON, and you may also wish to turn "Overnight powersaving mode" to OFF as well.
