No wifi for sky glass
Not good with technology, just got sky glass a week ago now having issues with the WiFi. All the checks say WiFi is ok, but the tv is not. Comes up on TV technical issue. How do I get it sorted bearing in mind Im female in my 70's!!!

Re: No wifi for sky glass
If your router is close enough, plug the Glass TV directly into one of the LAN ports via an Ethernet cable if you have one. It'll save you a world of pain messing about with WiFi.
Sky Glass 65” [Gen 2]
Sky Glass 43” [Gen 1]
Sky Glass Air 43” connected to Sky Soundbox
Sky Stream Puck x4
Sky Ultimate TV, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, TNT, Kids, Whole Home, UHD&Atmos, Ad Skipping
Sky FTTP
Sky Mobile SIMO x6

The checks may say that WiFi is OK, but the crucial thing with Sky Glass is that the WiFi connection to the TV needs to be fast and stable.
What broadband speed are you paying for? Is it from Sky? Were you sold the Glass TV by someone who didn't check what broadband speed you actually have?
Sky Glass will not work well if your broadband speed is anything less than 25Mbps, but it ideally needs to be a lot more.

Hi @Sylvia531
