My glass tv has gone off it keeps saying my broadband isn't working but it's been checked and all ok

Have you tried unplugging it at the wall for a few minutes in the first instance?

Have you tried rebooting the Glass by unplugging it for a few minutes?

 

If that doesn't help you should then try rebooting your router by unplugging that for a minute.
