New customer -Netflix issues.

I joined sky about 2 days ago. I was using a friend's Netflix ac before. It will not let me access it thru Sky. I've signed out as the "other user". Sky help and Netflix help have achieved the sum total of zero. 
I tried setting up a separate Netflix account but that's attempting to charge me again for a service I've included in my Sky package. When I've tried joining using the remote, it causes a Blue Screen of Death to appear.

If you signed in with your friend's Netflix account on Glass then it will have automatically transferred the billing of that account to your Sky account. In order to rectify this you'll need to have that account removed by Netflix before setting up your own account on the Glass TV.
