New PIN isn't registering

My Sky Glass wouldn't switch on so I had to reset. Going through the set up it asked for my PIN which I know was correct. However it said it was incorrect. So I pressed 'Forgot PIN' and went through aking a new PIN. This I did until I got to entering the PIN and it shows as incorrect PIN. Even when I attempt to enter again it still shows as attempt 0 of 3 no matter how many attempts.

@Flyboyfly  When you say reset do you mean factory reset?
